Are your invitations made by another designer or do you make each invitation yourself?
Paper Angels Invitations & Stationary designs and creates each invitation and all stationary by hand. Once the invitations and stationary are finished at the printers, we assemble each invitation by hand. Each invitation, menu card, place card, favour tag, programs, thank you cards, and everything else seen on our website is custom made in house.
How do you design a monogram?
Monograms are typically used to personalize an event, especially a wedding. This flourish is based on the couples name. Using the brides first initial, following by the grooms last name, and then the grooms first initial, we create an image to represent your event. From a fancy flourish, to a simple boxy style, each monogram is personalized.
Do we have to use a monogram?
No, you can use an image, or not anything at all. If the design comes with a belly band and monogram and you don't want to use it, then we wont.
If we want to use a monogram without a belly band is that possible?
Anything is possible! You can position your monogram on any part of the invitation with or without a belly band.
I like a style of invitation, but the colours don't match my wedding. Can we change them?
We have many different colour combinations and variations to choose from. Any style invitation that you see in our portfolio can be customized to your event colours.
Your pocketfold only come with two inserts, can I add another?
You can include as many or as few inserts as you wish. Each invitation includes a map and an RSVP card with 1 RSVP envelope. Many people choose to include another insert. The most common inserts include: directional cards, reception information, brunch RSVP for the following day, travel and accommodation information, donation and gift registry information, a picture of the couple (if for a wedding). Each extra insert is $0.45. All maps come in black ink.
I need some invitations in English and some in a different language. Is that a possibility?
We can work with you to create your invitation and stationary in almost any language. Please contact us.
Do you do any different types of printing?
Typically we only do flat printing, but if you are interested in raised/thermography printing we can discuss the costs at our initial meeting.

What are your invitation sizes?
∞ We have 2 different Pocketfolds sizes: 6"wide x 6"high, 5"wide x 7"high (available in three different formats.
∞ We have 2 different Panel Card sizes: 6"wide x 6"high, 5"wide x 7"high
The larger the invitation, and the more intricate, the more postage will cost. Please keep in mind that most of our invitations require extra postage. Most of our panel cards with no embellishment usually require regular postage. Please check with your local post office for correct postage costs as well as before you mail any invitation to make sure you selected the correct amount of postage.
